Located in the heart of Hervey Bay, Queensland, Pialba Place is a dominant sub-regional shopping centre anchored by a strong-performing Coles supermarket and the only Big W within the trade area.

The centre occupies an expansive 4.38-hectare site, comprises approximately 15,631 sqm of lettable area and provides more than 800 car spaces, serving as an important retail and community destination for the region.

Asset History

Pialba Place has served the Hervey Bay community for decades and is recognised as one of the region's key retail destinations. More than 70% of the centre's gross lettable area is anchored by Coles and Big W, providing a resilient income stream supported by leading national retailers and essential services.

Investment Strategy

Manning Property Partners' vision for Pialba Place is to invest in the centre, strengthen its retail offering and ensure it continues to evolve alongside the rapidly growing Hervey Bay community.
